Remedial and Sports Therapist

I trained in SMFR - Self-Myofascial Release, so that I could help empower clients to look after themselves. I incorporate SMFR within treatment sessions in the clinic, 121 sessions and local group classes for community and sport groups. I am a highly trainned Remdial and Sports Massage therpist, with a wide range of exra training, including Oncology massage and Scar work. I run my own clinic space within the peace and quite of the countryside, which provides a relaxing backdrop for any treatment.

I work with people from all walks of life: Sports people from martial arts to runners, injuries old and new, people who have scars from operations, people with cancer, builders/labourers, people who sit at desks, retired people, just to name a few. Everyone is an indevidual and is welcome at my clinic.
