Body Work for aches, pain and relaxation.

My journey into Body Work started 15 years ago . It was a revelation: I could merge science with intuition, a powerful tool that could unlock profound healing. I became an avid learner of massage techniques. I discovered Myofascial release therapy in 2012 and found it to be a game changer. From deep tissue massages to the lightest touch. Such an efficient therapy for chronic pain, scar tissues and many physical and nervous ailments. A holistic, mindful therapy backed by science. I decided to do the CIMFT (Certificate Integrated Myofascial Therapist) diploma with MFR UK. I since have pursued my learning of fascia and its incredible versatility.

As a lower back sufferer, I found myself drawn to that area of the body and I work a lot with clients who have some discomfort with their back, neck and shoulders. Through years of Yoga practice and body work, I have developped a better understanding of chronic back pain and treatments that can help alleviate pain and restore motion. After a long thorough consultation, assessments and discussion with the client, those techniques would typically include Myofascial therapy, Massage and sometimes advise to perform exercises.
